Fruit: fleshy (1 x 0.7 cm), orange, several long fleshy sausage-shaped fruit parts per flower, each with a row of seeds inside

Other: sometimes found as an irregularly winding shrub in thickets. It has a quadrangular stem and tendril forming branchlets.
