In principle, WAMIS grid portal will stick to WIS architecture and standards with the additional functions of providing computer resources and considering non-meteorological data/information sharing (Fig. 12.2). ttus it should provide specific user interfaces to accommodate its specific user demands both from grid and legacy technology using service-oriented architecture, including semantic grid technology in its long-term perspectives. • System (Fig. 12.3)
